Rayon Jones is the visionary founder and President of Jonesey Helping Hands. With a passion for community impact and service, he is dedicated to creating transformative opportunities for homeless individuals, transition-age youth, veterans, and families facing hardship.
His leadership is driven by compassion, resilience, and a commitment to building sustainable support systems that empower individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
Rayon’s mission is centered on creating long-term community solutions through housing support, outreach initiatives, mentorship, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the communities he serves.
Dewayne Rankin - Vice President Dewayne Rankin brings more than 20 years of professional experience spanning technology, operations, housing support services, compliance management, finance, and organizational leadership.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Business Management from Norfolk State University and a Master of Science degree in Process Intelligence from the University of Maryland.
In addition to his extensive technical and operational background, Dewayne has dedicated decades to supporting low-income families through housing and transitional support initiatives.
His experience includes leadership roles in financial administration, compliance coordination, sales management, process improvement, and operational excellence. Dewayne’s strong focus on accountability, efficiency, and community service plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s mission and long-term vision.
Deanna Jones - Treasurer
Deanna Jones serves as Treasurer for Jonesey Helping Hands helping oversee financial stewardship, organizational accountability, and operational support.
With a commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsible financial management, she plays an important role in ensuring the organization remains focused on sustainable growth and impactful community service.
Her dedication to helping vulnerable individuals and families aligns closely with the organization’s mission of compassion, empowerment, and community transformation.
Tanisha Hollins - Secretary
Tanisha Hollins serves as Secretary for Jonesey Helping Hands, supporting organizational coordination, administration, communication, and operational effectiveness.
Her attention to detail, commitment to service, and passion for community impact help strengthen the foundation of the organization as it continues expanding its outreach and supportive programs throughout the community.
